Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Licensed Staff Trauma Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and triage patients appropriately
• Treat PTSD and related conditions using evidence-based psychotherapies, maintaining a high volume of direct patient care
• Collaborate with the clinical operations team to ensure effective communication and clinical processes

Required Qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of California
• PhD with at least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience or independently licensed master-level clinician
• Ability to work PST hours
• Experience working with moderate to high-risk patients
• Outstanding clinical skills, including diagnostic ability and CPT delivery
