California Licensed Trauma Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Trauma Therapist, the full-time remote clinician will provide evidence-based treatment for PTSD and related conditions, conduct patient evaluations, and manage clinical care while collaborating with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and triage patients for admission or referrals
• Provide treatment using evidence-based psychotherapies, including leading skills groups as needed
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure effective communication and clinical processes

Required qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of California
• PhD with at least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience or independently licensed master-level clinician
• Ability to work PST hours
• Outstanding clinical skills, including diagnostic ability and CPT delivery
• Experience working with moderate to high-risk patients
