Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join their Transformative Care Center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between providers and patients to ensure understanding of treatment plans
• Guide patients through decision-making and coordinate their treatment journeys
• Conduct insurance benefit investigations and educate patients on financial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in behavioral health, medical, or dental treatment coordination
• Strong knowledge of interventional treatments such as Ketamine, TMS, Spravato, and SGB
• Demonstrated experience with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
• Experience using EMRs and CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
