Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Intake/Triage Nurse to support patient onboarding and follow-up care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and complete AUD screening to determine program eligibility
• Educate patients on breathalyzer use, medication formulary, and manage initial medical intake
• Schedule first medical appointments and perform assessments on patients experiencing symptoms

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a preference for compact and multi-state licenses
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction medicine
• At least one year of telemedicine experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of data security
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism
