Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse I (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone triage nursing services, evaluating patient symptoms and determining urgency
• Facilitate patient care next steps and communicate changes in patient condition to healthcare providers
• Document all nursing services in patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of California
• Current BLS certification
• Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong clinical documentation knowledge and skills
