Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney to handle insurance defense litigation and provide legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Experience in litigation or relevant legal experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance law and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
