Job Summary

Joining the legal frontline, the fully remote California Licensed Trial Attorney will manage insurance defense litigation, handle bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, and provide counsel to business clients while monitoring new laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients
  • Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, while maintaining communication with clients and witnesses
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Successful completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage legal documents and understand the discovery process
  • Knowledge of legal ethics and professional conduct standards
  • Must be within commutable distance to courthouses throughout Los Angeles County & Orange County, California
