Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented California Licensed Trial Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a docket of employment law cases, represent clients in court, and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and provide legal advice on litigation matters

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred
• Strong understanding of procedural rules, including Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
