Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented California Licensed Trial Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a docket of employment law cases, represent clients in court, and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and provide legal advice on litigation matters
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred
- Strong understanding of procedural rules, including Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
