Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, a full-time California Licensed Trial Attorney will manage a docket of employment law cases, represent clients in court, and develop case strategies while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
- 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with trial experience
- Strong background in procedural rules, such as Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
