California Licensed Trial Attorney
Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Trial Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage case litigation, including drafting pleadings, participating in trials, and communicating with clients while attending in-person hearings and depositions as required.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while actively participating in trial preparation and litigation
- Argue motion hearings in court and take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts
- Communicate regularly with clients and assist in managing litigation assistants and paralegals
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar
- Experience in civil litigation or personal injury is a plus
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Resourceful and persistent in pursuing case outcomes
