Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Trial Attorney, the full-time position offers a flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement and focuses on defending clients in general liability and complex civil defense matters, including significant trial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and defend key fact and expert witness depositions, and manage significant pretrial and trial motions
- Manage a litigation caseload collaboratively, developing case strategy and working towards efficient resolutions
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel while preparing status reports and case evaluations
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of California
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience preferred
- Demonstrated trial experience with general liability matters
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
