Job Summary
Maintaining superb client servicing for Mid-Market Trucking businesses, the full-time California Licensed Trucking Client Manager will process policy changes, issue certificates, and support account executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vehicle and driver additions/deletions, and process monthly reports for Trucking Liability policies
- Issue certificates of insurance and assist with cancellations, reinstatements, and premium financing
- Support account executives in building policies and managing the renewal process, ensuring accurate documentation in EPIC
Required qualifications
- Experience in the Mid-Market Trucking industry and understanding of policy structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of federal motor vehicle filings and premium finance processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and producers
