Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or a related field
• Proficiency in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects with aggressive deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed for property site visits and client meetings
• Obtain and maintain relevant industry designations and fulfill ongoing education requirements
