Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust Officer responsible for fiduciary oversight and client relationship management of individual wealth management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage estate settlement and trust administration, including asset inventory, debt payment coordination, and beneficiary distributions
- Oversee the management and disposition of trust-owned personal and real estate property
- Provide proactive client service and support new account onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in trust administration and estate settlement
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and CTFA preferred
- Strong knowledge of trust administration principles and California Probate Code
- Experience with trust-owned real estate and unique assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trust accounting systems
