Job Summary
To create and update engaging legal content for Trusts and Estates practitioners, the full-time California Licensed Trusts & Estates Attorney will conduct in-depth legal research, write sophisticated legal materials, and collaborate with attorneys and judges, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and write engaging legal content for Trusts and Estates, utilizing legal practice experience
- Conduct thorough legal research and collaborate with legal professionals to review and enhance content
- Write DailyNews articles addressing current legal developments in the field
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 2 years of related law practice experience; 5+ years preferred
- At least 2 years of legal editing experience in substantive law
- Extensive knowledge of relevant substantive law areas
- Experience with large firms or government entities preferred
