Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Trusts & Estates Attorney, the full-time remote Content Attorney will create and update legal content focused on Trusts and Estates topics, conduct legal research, and collaborate with legal professionals to enhance resources for practitioners.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and update engaging legal content for Trusts & Estates, including litigation, Medi-Cal, and Elder Law
- Conduct in-depth legal research and collaborate with attorneys and judges for content review and development
- Write DailyNews articles addressing current legal developments in the field
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admitted to the State Bar of California
- 2+ years of related law practice experience; 5+ years preferred
- 2+ years of legal editing experience in substantive law
- Extensive knowledge of relevant substantive law areas, particularly in Trusts & Estates
- Experience with Guardianship and Elder Law litigation preferred
