Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter NonQM and Non-Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for structuring eligible loans with salesforce and business partners
• Analyze borrower's credit files and perform manual underwriting reviews to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Underwrite Non-Agency/NonQM loans in a timely manner while maintaining data integrity and identifying potential fraud

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of underwriting experience with Non-Agency/NonQM products
• Experience with DSCR, Bank Statement, P&L, WVOE, and 1099 loans
• FHA and VA underwriting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft products and experience with the Encompass LOS platform
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
