Key Responsibilities

• Provides underwriting support related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies
• Utilizes underwriting standards and guidelines to underwrite the issuance of title insurance
• Provides guidance in the performance of real estate settlement services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-4 years title underwriting experience
• Familiarity with real estate law
• General understanding of real estate title and settlement processes
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real estate title insurance and settlement services
