Job Summary

Combining underwriting expertise with business development, the full-time California Licensed Underwriter Manager will underwrite commercial real estate transactions, analyze financial data, and manage deal flow while sourcing new lending opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes
• Source and originate new commercial lending opportunities through industry relationships
• Coordinate due diligence and manage the deal flow from initial screening to closing

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or loan origination
• Strong understanding of commercial lending structures and financial analysis
• Proven ability to source and negotiate commercial deals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with various financing sources, including banks and private lenders
