Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP/Director, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite and execute new loan opportunities in a high-volume lending environment
- Evaluate financing requests and conduct diligence to ensure compliance with credit policies
- Supervise assigned employees and manage performance through development and coaching
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in underwriting and managing credit risk within Commercial Real Estate and/or Lending
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Argus, CoStar, and REIS
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a small-team environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
