Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite and execute new loan opportunities in a high-volume lending environment
Evaluate financing requests and conduct diligence to ensure compliance with credit policies
Supervise assigned employees and manage performance through development and coaching

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of experience in underwriting and managing credit risk within Commercial Real Estate and/or Lending
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Argus, CoStar, and REIS
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a small-team environment
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
