Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Utilization Management Assistant, full-time, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Care Management team in coordinating patient care
• Perform complex tasks related to team functions and patient management
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members during assessments and ongoing management of patients

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or healthcare-related field
• 3 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience
• 3 years of clerical and computer experience
• 3 years of knowledge in insurance billing and managed care
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
