California Licensed UX Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience solutions, a full-time California Licensed UX Consultant will develop design templates and standards, manage usability testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely while potentially traveling to Sacramento, California.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce templates, guidelines, standards, and human-centered design principles
• Plan, manage, and execute usability tests for all major releases
• Collaborate with client subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create prototypes and identify high-demand scenarios

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction/Visual Design, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience applying Human Factors and Human-Centered Design principles to complex interface problems
• Minimum 4 years of experience in visual interface design for web and mobile
• Minimum 4 years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing user experience research projects
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead design sessions and reviews
