Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic California Licensed Veterinary Executive, the full-time Divisional Vice President of Medicine will lead medical operations strategy, oversee clinical quality and team-based care, and develop medical leadership across multiple hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Directs medical operations to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to organizational objectives
• Develops and coaches medical leaders to create a pipeline of talent for future organizational growth
• Partners with senior executives to communicate key initiatives and drive positive hospital climate

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, DVM, and completion of a 1-year rotating internship required
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple hospitals with revenues exceeding $15MM
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry trends affecting veterinary services
• Proven ability to develop direct reports and solve complex problems effectively
