Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on pet health
• Triage cases and review medical records to offer informed recommendations
• Document patient interactions accurately and verify prescriptions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of the VTNE
• At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum internet speed of 100mb down and 100mb up
