Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Technician to provide remote support and medical guidance to clients via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to live chats from clients regarding pet concerns and inquiries
• Gathers patient history and triage information to provide appropriate medical guidance
• Documents client and patient needs and assists with administrative queries

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted license as a credentialed veterinary technician
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with successful client interactions
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
• Demonstrated passion for excellent client service and quality medical outcomes
