A company is looking for a Virtual Care Veterinary Technician for their Prescriptions Team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and email to provide support on pet prescriptions and health
• Manage fulfillment requests and triage cases based on veterinary knowledge
• Document patient records accurately and verify prescriptions while ensuring a high-quality client experience

Required Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with a minimum of two years of licensing
• 5+ years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine and surgery
• Advanced knowledge of patient care, surgical and dental procedures
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with various computer programs and a reliable internet connection
