Job Summary

To support a growing Virtual Care team, the part-time California Licensed Veterinary Technician will engage with members through chat, phone, and video to provide triage, support, and education on pet health while documenting patient records accurately and ensuring prescription processing.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with members to provide health support and education via various communication channels
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge and review medical records for informed guidance
• Document patient interactions clearly and verify prescriptions while ensuring follow-up

Required qualifications:

• California Licensed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of the VTNE
• At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
• Ability to articulate medical information clearly and compassionately
• Dedicated work environment with a quiet, distraction-free space and meeting internet requirements
