Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual RN (Registered Nurse).

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and manage patient communications, ensuring proper prioritization and context during handoffs
• Respond to clinical questions in chat and provide context behind treatment recommendations
• Support providers with daily tasks, including managing inboxes and executing clinical protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Active Registered Nurse state licensure in CA or in progress of obtaining; additional licensure in NY & AZ preferred
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Understanding of healthcare processes and medical terminology
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and clinical messaging platforms
