California Licensed Virtual Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the part-time California Licensed Virtual Sales Consultant will conduct personalized virtual consultations, engage with clients through various communication channels, and drive sales success while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Educate prospective customers on treatments and tailor recommendations to their aesthetic goals via phone or video calls
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities focused on understanding customer needs
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
