Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality and Risk Liaison LVN.

Key Responsibilities

• Educates and supports providers on clinical quality measures, medical record documentation, and coding guidelines
• Collects and analyzes provider performance data to identify improvement opportunities and close gaps in care
• Performs medical record reviews and audits, documenting encounters and maintaining data integrity in health systems

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in HEDIS record collection and quality improvement
• Experience in data and chart reviews for provider consultation and education
• Current and clear CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• 1 year of experience in Managed Care is preferred
• Associate's Degree or higher in a related field is preferred
