California Licensed Voice Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise communication platforms that support patient care, the full-time California Licensed Voice Engineer will design, operate, and modernize systems for caregiver communication and clinical workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain resilient communication platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with clinical needs
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
• Conduct resilience modeling and simulate service outages to enhance system reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar role
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and failure mode analysis
• Experience in influencing software engineering teams to meet quality of service expectations
