Job Summary
To enhance enterprise communication platforms that support patient care, the full-time California Licensed Voice Engineer will design, operate, and modernize systems for caregiver communication and clinical workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain resilient communication platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with clinical needs
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
- Conduct resilience modeling and simulate service outages to enhance system reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
- 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar role
- Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
- Proficiency in resilience modeling and failure mode analysis
- Experience in influencing software engineering teams to meet quality of service expectations
