Key responsibilities
- Support and advise executive leadership on legal and contracting matters to align with business objectives
- Oversee and manage all commercial and corporate contracts, including trademark licensing and joint ventures
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with various departments on commercial agreements
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Membership with good standing in at least one U.S. State Bar
- 15+ years of legal practice experience, with in-house legal experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of legal matters and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior business leaders
