Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time California Licensed VP of Branch Production will oversee the loan process from start to finish, ensuring superior customer service and managing a diverse pipeline of loan products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit loan files to ensure stability and compliance with regulations
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial solutions for borrowers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Strong analytical and math skills
