Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic finance, corporate planning, and financial modeling to inform executive decisions
• Lead FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional partnerships to drive investment decisions
• Manage global accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Expertise in subscription business models and B2C SaaS metrics
• Strong knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting in global environments
• Experience in capital allocation, cash management, and Board-level reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
