Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs and market realities
• Lead a culture of rapid iteration and high-quality delivery, ensuring alignment between product and engineering teams
• Mentor and lead a small team of product managers and designers while contributing to overall company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with AI/ML or data-heavy platforms
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and scalable system architecture
• Demonstrated ability to connect product decisions to market wins and business results
• Experience launching and scaling AI products, delivering real customer value
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred
