California Licensed VP Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the California Licensed VP Revenue Cycle Management will oversee the company's revenue cycle operations, manage financial performance including P&L, and drive cash optimization initiatives in a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the RCM P&L, including revenue, cost structure, EBITDA, and cash flow performance
• Drive initiatives to accelerate cash collection and improve overall yield while overseeing the self-pay strategy
• Collaborate with Accounting and Compliance to ensure revenue recognition aligns with GAAP and healthcare standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and financial leadership roles
• Deep expertise in reimbursement, payer dynamics, and revenue optimization
• Experience managing budgets and conducting financial benchmarking
• Proven ability to drive efficiency through technology and process automation
