Job Summary

Bringing expertise in water mitigation, the full-time California Licensed Water Mitigation Reviewer will review estimates for technical accuracy, resolve property losses, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews water mitigation estimates to ensure technical correctness and compliance with industry standards
• Investigates damages and negotiates adjustments to resolve property losses
• Mentors staff and develops client relationships to generate new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of experience in the construction water mitigation industry
• 2 years of experience in the restoration or water mitigation construction industry
• IICRC Certification required
• Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• WRT/ASD Certification and CDS or AMRT certifications are advantageous
