California Licensed Water Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing data center portfolio, the contract Water Program Manager will manage water program strategy and execution, ensuring compliance and utility relationships while working remotely for an 8-month duration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year water program roadmap, aligning with sustainability goals
• Lead programmatic initiatives including regulatory research and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee compliance with water withdrawal agreements and wastewater discharge requirements

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive professional experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Technical expertise in industrial water use and wastewater discharge, and water policy/permitting in the U.S
• Experience with permitting and construction management of water infrastructure projects
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
