Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - WC Claims - CA Jurisdiction, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine claims data and conduct investigations to determine coverage and compensability
• Adjust and manage claims within assigned authority, including handling catastrophic claims with oversight
• Coordinate return to work efforts and maintain documentation in the claims system

Required Qualifications

• College degree, B.A. or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience handling workers compensation claims
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
