Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and sophisticated case consultation, the full-time California Licensed Wealth Planning Attorney will collaborate with a dynamic team to design comprehensive estate and business plans for high-net-worth clients, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys, CFPs, and CPAs to create comprehensive plans and deliver targeted consultation for high-net-worth clients
- Assess clients' financial circumstances and develop targeted strategies to support informed decision-making
- Lead presentations and engage with clients' outside legal and tax advisors to ensure coordinated execution of planning objectives
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited program; additional advanced degree or designations (CFP, CPA, LL.M.) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of estate and business planning experience, preferably in a consulting role
- Extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients in advanced planning and tax optimization
- Deep knowledge in estate and business succession, and wealth transfer strategies
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state insurance license required within the first 6 months of hire
