Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Designer to join its Communications and Marketing Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI and page-level web design in Figma, creating accessible and responsive experiences
• Design scalable page sections and reusable components while maintaining organized documentation
• Define interaction and motion behaviors for web experiences and collaborate with developers during implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, web design, graphic design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience partnering with developers through implementation, including iterative review and pre-launch verification
• Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and web design principles
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of front-end development concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in iterative build environments
