California Licensed Women's Health Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Women's Health specializing in telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15-25 physician providers, overseeing performance metrics and providing support
• Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews and manage adverse event reporting processes
• Provide virtual consultations for gynecological conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN physician (MD/DO) with a valid medical license in practicing state(s)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in clinical education, quality assurance, and provider performance management is strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
• Commitment to evidence-based care and continuous professional development
