Job Summary
Providing compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, the part-time California Licensed Women's Therapist will support women navigating their reproductive journeys, managing approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week while collaborating with a clinical team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, ACT, and IPT
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultations and monthly team meetings
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans for patients
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in women's mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model and continuous learning
