Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Work Comp Claims Adjuster II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate reserves
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal representatives to evaluate and mitigate claim exposure
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise in claims handling and legal strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims, particularly in California
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation laws and related claim management procedures
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred
• Relevant insurance certifications such as WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU are preferred
