• Independently manage high-value casualty claims, conducting thorough investigations and issuing necessary documentation
• Proactively resolve disputes and pursue subrogation opportunities through strategic negotiation and litigation management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records and preparing comprehensive reports

Required qualifications

• California Workers Compensation Adjuster license
• Experience managing moderate to complex casualty claims
• Strong investigative and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Financial acumen for setting reserves and authorizing payments
