Job Summary

Managing moderate to complex high-value casualty claims, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from the Roseville office, utilizing advanced investigative and negotiation skills to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage high-value casualty claims, conducting thorough investigations and issuing necessary documentation
• Proactively resolve disputes and pursue subrogation opportunities through strategic negotiation and litigation management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while maintaining accurate records and preparing comprehensive reports

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Workers Comp Adjuster
• Experience managing moderate to complex casualty claims
• Strong financial acumen for setting reserves and authorizing payments
• Ability to mentor junior claim handlers and support training initiatives
• Proficiency in using advanced tools and analytics for claims handling efficiency
