Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster (CONTRACT).
Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity
- Investigate claims thoroughly and manage claims in litigation
- Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while ensuring timely resolution of cases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in adjudicating workers' compensation claims in AZ and CA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- CA Self-Insurance certification required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
- Must demonstrate a desire for continued professional development
