Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster (CONTRACT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjudicate workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and manage claims in litigation
  • Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while ensuring timely resolution of cases
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years' experience in adjudicating workers' compensation claims in AZ and CA
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • CA Self-Insurance certification required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
  • Must demonstrate a desire for continued professional development
