Job Summary

As a key member of the team, the fully remote California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate policies while leveraging at least 5 years of claims experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
  • Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
