Job Summary

As a key member of the team, the fully remote California Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims, analyze exposure, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
