Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster, the full-time temporary position will adjudicate complex indemnity claims remotely, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution while reporting on claims trends.

Key responsibilities:
  • Adjudicate higher complexity workers' compensation claims with significant authority and impact on departmental results
  • Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and managing claims in litigation
  • Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in California
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience with insurance designations
  • CA SIP designation or both WCCA & WCCP designations required
  • Strong claim negotiation skills and business acumen related to the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
